Administrative & Marketing Assistant.

Sailing Into Wellness is a national charity that delivers programmes using the unique setting of the sea to empower individuals to overcome challenges, increase coping mechanisms and build a positive sense of self & community on and off the water.


We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time administrative and marketing assistant, potential for growth into a full-time role. This position requires a blend of administrative, organisational, digital and creative skills to assist with daily tasks and support the growth of our award winning social enterprise, which is headquartered in Kinsale, Co. Cork.



  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including communicating with partner organisations.
  • CRM data entry and reporting functions.
  • Maintain social media channels and collaborate with team members to develop and implement social media campaigns.
  • Website updates and press communications.
  • Assist General Manager with monthly accounts.



  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in social media platforms and WordPress.
  • Ability to learn new systems such as Salesforce, MS SharePoint & accounting system.


This is a part-time hybrid position, 20 hours per week, with the potential for growth into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is flexible, creative, with the ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
